850nm Series Superluminescent Light-Emitting Diode (SLD) Module

WXG8543Q/WXG8544Q comprises a superluminescent diode (SLD) module, a cooler, a thermistor, and polarisation-maintaining fibre (or single-mode fibre). The temperature control circuit automatically regulates the cooler current based on thermistor readings to maintain the module's temperature.

WXG8545Q comprises a superluminescent diode (SLD), thermistor, and polarisation-maintaining fibre (or single-mode fibre). The product features low power consumption and compact dimensions when operating without cooling.
