On the WXG website, select the product model that meets your requirements.

At the bottom of each product page you are interested in, you will find our email contact form. Simply provide your name, email address, country, and any additional requirements. Our sales engineers will receive your product enquiry.

Our sales team will compile a comprehensive quotation based on your requirements and send it to your email. Due to time zone differences, responses will be provided during China's business hours.
Once you have selected your required products, please prepare a Purchase Order (PO) document including your billing address and shipping address.
We will prepare and send a pro forma invoice based on your PO, containing our company's payment details. Upon completion of payment, please forward the bank transfer receipt to our sales representative.
Following payment confirmation, we will manufacture and dispatch the goods according to the agreed delivery schedule. We typically ship via FedEx air freight, with delivery to the designated address taking 2-5 days post-dispatch. Should you have concerns regarding your country's tariff policies, please contact our sales representatives to provide the HS code for enquiry purposes.

Upon dispatch, our sales representative will provide the commercial invoice and packing list. You will then need to coordinate with FedEx to complete customs clearance procedures in your country.
