1550nm 3kHz 200mW SOA Laser Module | High Power for DAS/Fiber Sensing

This high-power laser module integrates a 3kHz ultra-narrow linewidth laser with an SOA (Semiconductor Optical Amplifier) to deliver a stable 200mW optical power output. Featuring ultra-low RIN, excellent SMSR, and reliable wavelength stability, it is the optimal light source for long-distance distributed fiber optic sensing (DAS), oil & gas exploration sensing, high-performance LiDAR and industrial metrology applications. Customizable C&L-band wavelengths are available for diverse industrial needs.
